As funções no interior são evidenciadas pelos revestimentos exteriores em granito ou reboco, resultando numa composição simples e concisa.
It starts from the desire to create a contemporary single-family house, functional, and in good quality. The mass plan, size, alignments separation distances of the project were already defined by the specifications of the housing development plan of the plot.
The form of the plot and its surroundings allows for the level of the garage to be under the house, without compromising an easy access from the street, while enjoying natural light thanks to a sunken pátio on the northern side. Interior functions are manifested by exterior finishings in plaster or stone cladding, resulting in a simple and concise composition.
